In 1998, after a lifetime in industry serving big employers, I decided to go it alone and use that experience to help small businesses improve their performance. Then, in 2012, I met Daryl and we immediately found ourselves talking the same language and sharing the same ambition for supporting businesses. Working with ABP has been a real joy; I have been able to work with more companies and share experience and knowledge with business owners, helping them towards achieving their goals.

Why Daryl and Garry wanted to publish a book

‘Firstly, some of our work with ambitious businesses can be very time intensive, and there is a limit to how many businesses we can advise in any given month. We are hopeful that publishing the first version of our first book will enable us to reach and inspire more businesses; helping them to grow and improve using the advice we have put into the book. Secondly, our team and I perform various key note presentations at large conferences/seminars across the UK, and we are often asked if we have a book as something tangible that attendees can take away with them or purchase afterwards to follow up our essential business growth tips and tools.’
